Pork Bulgogi Summer Rolls

Foodland Marinated Pork Bulgogi, 16 Ounces
6-Inch Summer Roll Wrappers, 6 Wrappers
Cooked Rice, 3 Cups
Cucumber, 12 Thin Strips
Cilantro, 1 Bunch
Green Onion, 3 Stalks

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Foodland Marinated Pork Bulgogi
- 6 pieces summer roll wrappers, 6 inch
- 3 cups rice, cooked
- 12 pieces cucumber, sliced in thin strips
- 1 bunch cilantro, rough chopped
- 3 stalks green onion, sliced thin
Directions
- Heat your grill to a high heat, cook the pork until evenly charred and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
- Once pork is cool, slice into thin long strips.
- Gather all ingredients to assemble the rolls, including a bowl of warm water large enough to dip the wrappers in and a lightly damp towel.
- Assemble each roll, one at a time. Dip the wrapper in the water and carefully lay on the damp towel.
- Working quickly, spread the rice into a 3" rectangle in the center, top with the pork, cucumber, green onion, and cilantro.
- Take the bottom seam and fold it over the ingredients and tuck them in gently. Fold in the sides toward the center then roll forward to complete.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers. Cut in half and serve.
